Services Offered

Currently services are only offered by virtual visit. Some of the major conditions treated include:

Patients in need of intensive psychiatric services including but not limited to the need for inpatient care and ongoing monitoring through case management teams may not be appropriate for treatment in this setting. Substance treatment will be reviewed and offered on a case-to-case basis.

I do not complete forensic or long-term disability evaluations.

Payment

Insurance is not accepted. Payment is due in full 24 hours prior to appointment. Upon request, you will be provided a superbill which you may submit directly to your insurance. Contact your insurance for specific questions related to your out-of-network benefits.

Major credit cards including HSA cards are accepted.

Service Fees

• Initial Evaluation appointment/ consultation (up to 60 minutes): $500
• Follow-up/ med-check appointments  (approximately 20 minutes): $250
• Other Services not covered by insurance: $30 per 10 minute interval to complete
  • If not completed during appointment time
    • Preparation of reports/paperwork, summary of care, other letters
    • Paperwork or Telephone calls lasting more than 5 minutes.

No-Show Policy

Reserving an appointment time is an agreement to the associated fees for the time slot. Fees can be waived for extenuating circumstances, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

• A no-show or late cancellation (failure to cancel an appointment within 1 business day) will result in the full charge of that appointment
